· Official high school transcript showing that you graduated and completed Algebra I
· Copy of your High School Diploma or Official GED. Official Ohio GED transcripts are available on line here
· Copy of your Birth Certificate.
Incomplete documentation and applications will be closed after 30 days and you will need to start over, so have all of your documentation ready before paying the $25.
ALL INSIDE WIREMAN CLASSES WILL BE AT THE JATC TRAINING CENTER IN MANSFIELD @ 67 S. WALNUT ST, MANSFIELD, OHIO 44902
ALL INSTALLER TECHNICIAN CLASSES WILL BE AT THE ETC @ 947 GOODALE BLVD, COLUMBUS, OHIO 43213
BOTH PROGRAMS WOULD CONSIST OF IN THE CLASSROOM TRAINING AT THEIR RESPECTIVE LOCATIONS,
WITH ALL OF THE ON-THE-JOB TRAINING TO BE PERFORMED WITHIN THE JURISDICTIONAL REGION OF IBEW LOCAL 688.
